Due to unforeseen mechanical issues the operational lift is currently out of service.  

We understand the inconvenience this causes and are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We understand this may pose challenges for some shoppers, however we do have access to the goods lift as a work around from Ground Level only. This is located by exiting the centre from near the lift on ground and turning right. Shoppers will just have to call security to provide access throughout the downtime.
